Included in the rates:
electricity, water, gas, linen and blankets for the bed rooms, towels for the bathroom and the swimming pool, linen for the kitchen, internet Wi-Fi.
A basket of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables, produced in the farm, will be offered to the guests at their arrival.
NOT included in the rates:
final cleaning (70 euro), tourist tax (1,50 euro per person per night for the first 7 nights, children up to 14 years old don't pay), heating (on consumption if needed – 4 euro per cubic meter), washing machine (5 euro per use).
*Minimum stay 2 nights, during High Season minimum stay 7 nights with changeover day on Saturday.
*Arrival from 16:00 pm to 20:00 pm and departure before 10:00 am.
*Pets allowed by request with no extra charge.
*Baby cot/Extra bed by request.
*Breakfast, by request for stays up to 5 nights (10 euro per person per day).
Booking conditions:
To confirm the booking is required a 30% deposit of the total amount, to pay by bank transfer or PayPal. The balance can be paid at the arrival by cash or before arrival by bank transfer/PayPal.
The deposit is not refundable.
